1. Scope

This policy explains how we handle your data when you visit the daydreamdog.tw website.

Each app featured on this site has its own privacy policy, which governs data processing within that app:

  • The site requires no sign-up or login and never asks for your name, email, or other personal details.
  • The site uses no cookies and has no analytics (such as Google Analytics), advertising, or social tracking code.

3. Information we process

a. Server access logs. Like any website, our web server automatically logs basic connection information when you visit, including IP address, time of visit, requested page, browser type (User-Agent), and referring URL. These logs are used only for operations, debugging, traffic statistics, and abuse prevention; they are not linked to your identity and are not used for advertising.

b. Local browser settings. If you switch between dark and light mode, that preference is stored in your browser’s local storage (localStorage) and is never sent to our server. You can delete it anytime by clearing site data in your browser.

c. When you contact us. If you email us or submit the feedback form on the Support page (provided by Google Forms), we receive the content and contact details you provide and use them only to respond to your request. Google Forms is subject to the Google Privacy Policy.

The site links to external sites such as the App Store, Google Play, and government agency websites. Once you follow such a link you leave this site, and that site’s own privacy policy applies.

5. Retention

Server access logs are kept briefly for operational purposes and deleted periodically. Correspondence is kept or deleted as needed once your request has been handled.

6. International transfers

The site is hosted by a cloud provider whose servers may be located outside Taiwan, so your connection information may be processed abroad.

7. Your rights

  • Taiwan (Personal Data Protection Act): you may request to inquire about or review, obtain a copy of, supplement or correct, stop the collection/processing/use of, or delete your personal data.
  • EU/UK (GDPR): you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. Server logs are based on our legitimate interests (site operation and security); responding to you is based on your request. You may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
  • California (CCPA/CPRA): you have rights to know, delete, and correct. This site does not sell or share your personal information for advertising.
