1. Acceptance
By downloading or using NetStatus Helper (“the App”) you agree to these Terms of Use and to your app store’s standard end‑user license agreement (Apple’s standard EULA on the App Store, or Google Play’s terms on Android). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. License
You are granted a personal, non‑transferable, non‑exclusive license to use the App on devices you own or control, as permitted by the applicable app store’s terms (Apple App Store or Google Play).
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use the App’s network tools (ping, DNS, HTTP, traceroute, signal measurement) only on networks and hosts that you own or are authorized to test. You must not use the App to probe, scan, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to any network, system, or service, or in violation of any applicable law. You are solely responsible for how you use these tools.
4. In‑app purchases
The App offers a “Remove Ads” purchase processed by the app store you installed from (Apple App Store or Google Play) and subject to that store’s terms. Pricing and availability may change. Restoring purchases requires the same store account (Apple ID or Google account) used originally. Refunds are handled by the store per its policies.
5. Advertising
Unless you purchase “Remove Ads,” the App displays advertising provided by third parties (Google AdMob). Your use of advertising is also subject to those providers’ terms and policies. See our Privacy Policy for details.
6. No warranty
The App and all measurement results are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non‑infringement. Network measurements are estimates and may be inaccurate or incomplete.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the App.
8. Third‑party services
The App relies on third‑party services (e.g., Google AdMob, ipify). We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of those services.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms; the “Effective date” will change accordingly. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan), without regard to conflict‑of‑laws rules, except where a mandatory consumer‑protection law of your country of residence grants you additional protection. You and the Provider agree to the non‑exclusive jurisdiction of the Taiwan Taipei District Court as the court of first instance for disputes, without prejudice to mandatory consumer venue rules.

下載或使用 NetStatus Helper（以下稱「本 App」）即表示你同意本使用條款，以及你所在應用程式 商店的標準使用者授權合約（App Store 為 Apple 標準 EULA，Android 為 Google Play 條款）。若你 不同意，請勿使用本 App。
2. 授權
在符合相關應用程式商店條款（Apple App Store 或 Google Play）的範圍內，你獲得個人、不可轉讓、 非專屬之授權，於你擁有或控制的裝置上使用本 App。
3. 可接受使用
你同意僅在你擁有或已獲授權測試的網路與主機上使用本 App 的網路工具（ping、DNS、 HTTP、traceroute、訊號量測）。你不得使用本 App 探測、掃描、干擾或未經授權存取任何網路、 系統或服務，亦不得違反任何適用法律。你須為自身使用這些工具的方式負完全責任。
4. App 內購
本 App 提供「移除廣告」購買，由你安裝來源的應用程式商店（Apple App Store 或 Google Play）處理 並適用該商店條款。價格與供應情況可能變動。回復購買需使用原始購買所用的同一商店帳號（Apple ID 或 Google 帳號）。退款依該商店政策處理。
5. 廣告
除非你購買「移除廣告」，本 App 會顯示由第三方（Google AdMob）提供的廣告。你對廣告的使用 亦適用各該提供者之條款與政策，詳見本 App 隱私政策。
6. 無擔保
本 App 及所有量測結果均以**「現況」與「現有」基礎提供，不附任何明示或默示之擔保**，包括 準確性、可靠性、特定用途適用性或不侵權。網路量測為估計值，可能不準確或不完整。
7. 責任限制
在法律允許之最大範圍內，提供者對於因你使用（或無法使用）本 App 所生或相關之任何間接、附帶、 特殊、衍生或懲罰性損害，或任何資料遺失，均不負責。
8. 第三方服務
本 App 仰賴第三方服務（如 Google AdMob、ipify）。我們不對該等服務之可用性、內容或作法負責。
9. 變更
我們可能更新本條款，「生效日期」會隨之變動。變更後繼續使用即視為接受。
10. 準據法
本條款以中華民國（台灣）法律為準據法，不適用法律衝突規則；惟你居住國之強制性消費者保護法 另賦予你更高保護者，從其規定。就因本條款所生爭議，你與提供者同意以台灣台北地方法院為第一審 非專屬管轄法院，但不影響強制性消費者管轄規定之適用。
